Monday, December 18, 2023 - Pours moderate lemon in the glass, consistent bubbles. Nose is complex, open - notes of ripe peach/nectarine, all kinds of citrus fruit, brioche, nougat. Palate is silky smooth, literally glides off the palate. Beautifully bright acidity that brings up the fruit to another level. Long, silky finish. One of the best Champagnes I've tried this year, stunning quality!
