Noticeable tannin and acid make this a fairly sturdy wine. On the first couple of sips I noticed a regretable sulfur funk under the rear palate, but that faded fairly quickly, leading to a pleasant tasting experience. I know I was baby-killing with this one. I'm glad I have more.
