Intense lemon, apple, peach, light fennel, and saline mineral notes, with good acidity and very good length. Medium-bodied, with a lightly creamy texture. Finishes lightly herbal and with pleasant, apple peel-like bitterness. Much better than expected, a nice surprise! I would drink now and over the next two years for its youthful fruit and freshness.
