Tuesday, April 18, 2023 - This was either just about to be bottled or just bottled when tried at the property.

Fruity nose and palate. Nice acidity and good balance. Sweet red fruit and good warm touch of oak and liquorice. Complexity but light and elegant. Nuanced. Long finish. Showing very well.

Anticipated score when ready to drink: 93-94.
