It is what I love in a young Burgundy. Approachable, silky, "easy" and yet with lovely minerality lurking in the background. This is not an overly accessible wine at this stage, but it strikes the balance of intellectual AND pleasurable in a very sayisfing way. Perfectly proportioned, nice reserve, very polished. A lovely wine!
