Sunday, February 4, 2024 - Red fruit and raspberry jolly rancher up front, the mid-palate hits suddenly with earth and savory notes, transition to the finish is just as quick and then goes long on acidity and slightly chewy tannins. Reminds me of Cameron's 21 Clos Electrique we tasted the other night; the same clear distinction between the parts which is delicious now and, if experience with these holds up, about ~2027-2029ish will resolve into something whole and really beautiful.
