Thursday, August 24, 2023 - Elegant is a one-word descriptor . I know it is cliche but one can taste the granite in this wine . Everything is minerality. The nose has some fruit but wet rocks dominate . Same on the palate . Dark fruits but with a rocky aftertaste . Great with grilled salmon , corn on the cob and tomato basil salad .
