Tuesday, April 9, 2024 - I love this producer of California Chardonnay. I actually prefer Ceritas white wines to their red wines. This is fresh and youthful. A touch lean but I expect that it will put on some weight with a few more years in the bottle. This has the acidity to age if you prefer age on your Chardonnay. A thick vein of lemon and crushed minerals on the finish.
