Sunday, July 30, 2023 - Pale lemon colour. Medium and developing nose with ripe green apples, ripe lemon, white peach, honeysuckle, flint, wet stone and petroleum. Medium taste of ripe green apples, ripe lemon, white peach, peach, acacia, honeysuckle, wet stone and flint. Long and dry finish. High acidity. Medium body. A very good Erste Lagen Riesling. Needed 15 min in the glass to open. Drink now or over the next five years. Goes well with fish, shellfish or sushi.
