Thursday, November 16, 2023 - While I do not have much experience with dessert wines, this ice cider is incredible. The nose is intoxicating with honeyed and browned cooked apples. In the mouth, it has an incredible fresh honeyed apple juice flavour that is so well balanced by that searing acidity that comes after. Just an incredible experience. I would love to see how this ages. The bottle does indicate that it should be good till 2026, but I do not think that I will have enough patience for it.
