Wednesday, December 13, 2023 - Pale yellow color. Sea air, green apples, fresh jasmine on the nose. Tart, crisp, green apples strike the palate first. Giving way to the salinity of ocean mist. There's also lemon zest, honey, granite, white pepper, sourdough, and a subtle hint of jasmine blossoms. Dry. Moderate alcohol. High acidity that lingers in the mouth forever. Lovely wine!
