Monday, January 29, 2024 - I was surprised how enjoyable this was. Pretty full bodied with a decent finish. Fully mature and ready to drink now. Lots of yummy fruit still, but tannin is almost undetectable. Just enough acid to balance the fruit. Nice with our grilled cheese sandwiches (cheddar, smoked blue cheese and bacon) and really good with the truffles afterwards.
