Monday, July 25, 2022 - still alive and kicking! this was showing a bit of aged profile, but after a solid 45-60 min decant, was really, really good. dark fruit still present, tannins well integrated but definitely present, cedar and leather and thyme flavors. paired exceptionally well with steak and balsamic/worchester pan sauce.
