Sunday, March 17, 2013 - Probably close to 5 years since my first bottle. What a difference! The Pinot has evolved very gracefully into a wonderful and complex wine. Deep and dark cherry fruit. Some smoke and a touch if funk but still fresh. Really long and elegant finish. Worth the wait.
