Wednesday, September 6, 2023 - Mosel Producer Visits-Mostly 2022 Riesling; 9/6/2023-9/7/2023: Medium yellow. Regal, earthy aromas. Medium bodied, some sweetness, average acidity, some texture. Ripe stone fruit accompanied by spice and late citrus. Excellent soil filled finish. I love it, but it just lacks the snap and tension to be truly outstanding.
