Friday, October 16, 2015 - Beautiful. Nose is fruit forward and bright still which is impressive after 16 years. The bottle notes even suggested the fruit would only have 5 years longevity. Plum and raspberries. Pleasantly slightly sweet. Would pair well with spicy food. Long finish with a touch of aged tannins. Good acid to balance the sweetness.
