Friday, March 24, 2023 - 100% estate grown Cabernet Franc that goes through spontaneous and indigenous fermentation. Aged in steel tanks for 8-10 months.
In the glass aromas show a fantastic blend of freshness, fruit and herbaceousness Scents of cherry, goji and brambly raspberry, rubbed herbs, subtle dried floral and subtle white pepper notes follow through with touches of earth and crushed rock.
The wine shines on the palate, textural across the palate with great concentration and purity. Structured with juicy acidity and textured fruit tannins. Crunchy red fruits, herbs, florals, spice and earth flavors. The finish lingers seductively.
Very enjoyable
