Saturday, October 14, 2023 - This is a subtle, refined New World Sauv Blanc on the nose and palate. Predominant flavor of mild tropical fruit, passion fruit predominant, maybe some guava. Paired well with a salad of bitter greens, arugala, beets, nuts and fennel. Lovely wine and good value at $25. Had a glass with the grand pairing menu at Roux 30A restaurant near Destin, Florida.
