Monday, February 12, 2024 - Very pale, clear and bright. Aromas of lemon zest and green banana, hints of ginger, wet rock and white flowers. Fresh quince and white peach fruit and crushed stone, ginger powder and dried floral secondary notes. Bright and crisp, hits the palate with nice roundness before a bit of a fade as it finishes. Dry and zesty on the finish. Food-friendly, and good at its sub-$10 price point at TJ’s. Would buy again.
