Saturday, April 1, 2023 - Young, green and undeveloped. Feel the whole cluster character here. Honey, petroleum, plastic, white grapes, candy floss and lime on the nose.

Very young on the palate with dominant acid. Yellow apples, lemon juice, stems and candy floss. Good QPR. Do the South African winemakers stepping up now and make their own wines instead of trying to copy Bordeaux and California? I like this new move a lot. Lots of underrated wine producers here.
