Sunday, January 21, 2024 - Pale translucent ruby color. Nose of red cherry, red licorice, rose petal. Similar flavors on the palate with a juicy, red fruited profile. Zippy acidity on the mouthfeel. Perhaps lacking in concentration just a touch, I would not pair this with more substantial meals but would work very well as a pizza or charcuterie wine.
