Monday, April 8, 2024 - If you're looking for the highly herbaceous, acidic, or floral style Sauvignon Blanc, you've chosen the wrong bottle. This wine is much more subtle. One drinker took a first taste and said "I thought you said this is Sauvignon Blanc." A more elegant style of SB, with hints of melon and citrus that take time to fully release. I actually preferred this wine slightly warmer than normal so if refrigerated in a standard kitchen fridge give it time to get closer to 50F/10C. Anything lower than 45F/7C and the flavors are too muted.
