Light yellow color in the glass, clear looking throughout with tiny, light beading. Nose of matchstick, yellow pears, yellow apples and a hint of brioche. Flavors of Granny Smith apples, cherries and a hint of minerals. Bright acidity, full bodied. Drink or hold.
