Saturday, February 16, 2013 - Now drinks like a port, with strong cooked raisins. Still elegant, but moving into statement time, vs light on its feet. I have enjoyed this wine for 10 years, and now its time to serve it as the alternative to port, instead of a unique wine that can be enjoyed early in the meal. Still long way to go, and at the very least 2 hours in the decanter before serving.
