Sunday, February 4, 2024 - Excellent tasting wine a true diamond in the rough was not expecting the freshness light smoky flavor smooth with dark fruit on my palate. Finishing off smooth not acidic definitely one of the best Cabernets I’ve had in quite some time. I could see this aging well, and possibly being extremely good in the next 5 to 10 years.

Would go very well with a liver, pate or Beef Wellington
