Sunday, March 29, 2015 - Very ripe and very sweet, but not ponderous. There's acidity to balance the sugar, though not quite enough for my taste. This tastes more like a GKA than a spatlese. No botrytis bitterness detected. With more acidity this would be an outstanding wine.
