Friday, May 1, 2020 - Upon opening there was notable fizz, which promised good. Cork was probably original. Upon opening showing some impure aromas, which faded away once left to decant for a while. Wine has beautiful light straw color, nose leaned towards mature development, toasty and woolly premium scent with ripe citric fruits on the back, granny apples. The taste was telling the wine being on good drinking window, sip provided lovely mousse and taste was following the nose, toastiness, butterschotch, dried fruit, but very dominant acidoty kept wine in good structure. Concentrated and ripe acidity felt like sweetness on mid palate, made smile on my face. Very enjoyable at the moment. Will probably evolve favorably little longer.
