Friday, April 19, 2024 - Nose: Cherry, hibiscus, watermelon, strawberry, cinnamon, ginger juice.
Palate: The fruits in the nose take a bit of a backseat to more savory notes like garrigue and a meatiness (assuming from the bit of syrah in this). After that comes watermelon, peach (?!), and finishes with a strong minerality. Medium-full body, medium+ acidity, and a touch of grip from tannins. Delicious stuff and a great price (~$20). I'd never picked up on peach in a rosé before. That's probably my favorite thing about this one.
