Friday, December 25, 2020 - Blended evenly between Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier with 40% reserve wine made from an even blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir with an average age of ten years. Laid in chalk: 2017. Disgorged: 2020.

Limited notes taken. As a direct comparison to my notes of (25/09/2020) this - as one might expect given less bottle age than the one referenced - lacked some of the complexities yet offered up a fine blend of orchard fruit, polished steel, and lees characteristics.
