Sunday, March 5, 2023 - Charleston Food & Wine Festival 2023; 3/2/2023-3/5/2023 (Charleston, SC (various locations)): I want to say this was a fairly recent disgorgement although I am now not remembering between this and the blanc de blanc we had right after. This is one of my go-to reasonably priced champagnes. It’s honestly great. The 40% reserve wine makes a huge difference. You feel like you are drinking something with a bit more age to it. Drinks wonderfully right from the get go although I’m sure if you held onto it it’s not really going anywhere. A solid all the time wine.
