Friday, April 14, 2023 - Straw in color with fallow edge in color. Fine, persistent mousse. Nose of green apple, meyer lemon and brioche. On the palate: green apple, creamy lemon meringue and earthy yeast. Super fine bubbles refresh the palate nicely. Long finish of citrus and yeast lees.
NOTE: bottled in 2017, disgorged in 2022.
