Wednesday, May 3, 2023 - Consistent with previous notes for the bottling. Based on 2015 vintage, laid in chalk 2016, disgorged in 2019. Medium lemon colour. Creamy mouse. Baked apple, citrus peel, brioche, mushroom, smoke. Fully developed. High acidity and long finish. Outstanding NV champagne that never disappoints.
