Friday, March 24, 2023 - The Four Seasons Tasting 2005 Bordeaux Second Growth (Aubergine Restaurant): Lovely fresh bouquet dancing with light brioche, desiccated almonds and some lemon notes. A fabulous thread of acidity with a soft creamy edge and long length makes for a deliciously focused and vibrant wine without being overly complex.
