Wednesday, August 16, 2023 - Red apples and quinine to start on the nose. Later some lime Starburst and fine dusting of nutmeg. Over the top of this there is the finest Bakewell tart cherry / almond sweetness. Palate is very well balanced and so mouth coating. Love it.
