Thursday, November 9, 2023 - Inflight CPH-LAX. Delicate creamy mousse. Like any wine consumed on airplane travel it is a quite muted on the nose, with barely discernible leesy and nutty aromas. Fresh and vibrant on the palate with a strong acid, fruitforward flavour profile dominated by red apples, citrus and brioche ending in a long balanced finish.

    11/9/2023 2:31:00 PM - Try again off the plane. It’s a great wine, and has some richness and refined pastry/autolytic notes that you don’t usually get at this price point.
