Saturday, December 16, 2023 - Needs some time on opening to breathe and show it’s best but then it rewards with notes of dried apricot, peach, almond croissant, yellow apple, peach skin, toast and ripe grapefruit. Rich and complex on the palate. Intense long finish. There’s terrific chewy texture. Gastronomic but suited to aperitif drinking too. Very good value for money.
