Monday, November 6, 2023 - (Disgorged in 2023, laid in chalk cellars 2019, base year 2018, 40% Pinot Noir, 20% Meunier and 40% Chardonnay, dosage 9 gr/l)
Mineral driven youthful nose combined with baked bread and some apple sweetness as well. In a delicious way. Nice and smooth with a pleasant citrus driven acidity and lime oiliness on the mid and with a very pleasant lime zest bitterness on the finish and leaving a very pleasant minerals saltiness on the lips.
(Best with 3-9 years extra cellaring)
