Most 375s are inferior to their 750 and 1.5 versions, but this one for the first time presented that rich, Reserve wine palate that makes CH such a great Champagne quality value. Discernible toasty notes and a mildly creamy, very mildly sweet undertone delivering some good linear sinews. Lemon curd and a wisp of caramel as well. Not chiseled as such but well done.
