Tuesday, October 29, 2013 - Nose: Well balanced with a good amount of yeast, breads, and green apples. This is lacking some depth and it comes off being more on the simple side.

Taste: Full bodied with medium+ acidity. The feel is on the creamier side with yeast, warm breads, and green apples. Straightforward and lacking on the mid-palate.

Overall: This is a decent Champers, but this bottle seemed to be lacking more than previous bottles had.
