Saturday, November 7, 2015 - Really lovely wine. According to the bottle, this has 2008 base wine and was disgorged in 2014. First of a couple of cases and I'm looking forward to seeing how it develops.

Very pale, high acidity, medium plus length and fine bubbles. Still very closed.
