A great combination of crisp and lively, coupled with creamy and toasty nuances. Lovely pear and crisp apples flavors, with additional notes of brioche, almond, vanilla, ginger, and an ever-so-slight lemon curd flavor skipping across the mid-palate. A bit of chalk and mineral-inflected on the finish, with a pleasantly leesy grip on the back end.
A very nice Champagne. 93+ for now.
