Saturday, December 31, 2016 - Moderate-deep golden yellow, clear, tiny bubbles with good persistence. Mango, apricot, cherry, meyer lemon, butterscotch, toffee, vanilla, coffee bean. Rich & soft on the palate. Long, vanilla & butterscotch finish.

Incredible NV Brut for the price.
Slight Juponné, but compressed. Tasted from 375ml bottle.
