Wednesday, May 3, 2017 - Appearance is clear, pale intensity, yellow lemon colour. Legs. Coarse bubbles.
Nose is clean, medium intensity, with aromas of toast, nuttiness, citrus lemon fruit, and even some earth with more air. Developed.
On the palate, dry, high acidity, medium- alcohol (12%), medium body. Medium+ flavour intensity, with flavours of rich citrus lemon, brioche, toast, nuttiness. Medium+ finish. Became more nutty with more air.
Very good quality NV champ. Only gripe would be the coarse bubbles, both on the eye on the palate.
