Saturday, March 31, 2018 - Late Mar 2018: darkish amber color; once in the glass no further perlage; melange of apple, nuts, bready, ranchio and sherry-style aromas/flavors; sweet and smooth on the palate; well-integrated acid; medium/full body.

The bottle labels had two further informations to offer:
a) cellared in 2001
b) degorgement in 2005
