With some air, a nuttiness arrived (with all the other sweet, I'm comfortable calling it praline). It was less precise in the mouth. There's good balance and a creamy mouthfeel. Nice chalky finish. But an ever-present (over-bearing?) sweetness. This must be at the upper end of brut, dosage-wise. I LOVE the style and erudition of Liem's champagne recommendations, but I don't have to love every bubble.
