Thursday, July 26, 2018 - Lots of rich brioche and toast with creme brulees and butterscotch. Shows more development than the 2016 disgorgement, obviously, but this shows a great vintage character. Good spine with a little more acidity than expected married to some nice minerality on the finish. Holds its own against a lot of vintage bubbly. (Disgorged 2014).
