Friday, March 8, 2019 - Clear medium light yellow, strong mousse. Medium nose, caramel, bred dough, vanilla, baked apple and fresh pear. Tasty rich textured lemon and brioche flavours and a rich dry finish.

There is a lot going on here. Disgorged 2015, primarily 2009 fruit.
