Friday, December 27, 2019 - Best NV I’ve had so far. Jay brought a bottle. Toasty brioche, plenty of that yeasty character, but nice and tart, plenty of fruitiness (apple, apricot, curd) and some nuttiness. medium finish. Not too sweet. Really delicious. You can tell it spent 7 year on the lees for sure.
