Saturday, December 9, 2017 - Gourmetklubbens trettiosjätte middag: Tema: Inspiration från havet (Södermalm): (Disgorged in 2016, base year 2007, laid in chalk cellars 2008)
Light yellow colour with a stream of fine bubbles and youthful nose showing minerals, citrus and hazelnuts. Fruitful palate with a freshness of mineral acidity and a long finish showing roasted notes. This is a good showing cuvée that is evolving very nicely.
