Wednesday, October 8, 2008 - Drank from a bottle disgorged in '07. A very tiny stream of bubbles was barely noticeable in the glass but quite effervescent on the palate. This had a nutty, honeyed sweetness to it with a touch of melon. Easy to drink but a tad one-dimensional due to the sweetness.
